Very personal, answered my questions. Just an all around good experience.
I fell and had a spiral fracture in my tibia and fibula. Although the ortho interns at Albany Med were keen to do surgery, Bagchi reviewed my setting and felt the decision hasty. He clearly explained what issues would cause us to need to do surgery after all, and was able to keep my break stable in a full leg cast. We have successfully avoided surgery. He listens to my concerns throughout the process.
I've seen Bagchi several times over years, knee surgery on right, Now care for left. I've never had any issues him explained everything, listened to me and answered my concerns. As far as wait times honestly people who complain must think the world revolves around them. Any place you go you don't know what is happening before you get there or what kind of case load or surgeries a surgeon has, so how is it your being judgemental. People need to grow up. Also taller guy wish I knew his name who did my cortisone shot years ago,... read more
Dr. Morse restored my shoulder to function after repairing a torn rotator cuff and he did it without making me feel like an Old Person. He answered all my questions in layman’s terms without making me feel stupid—and he made me laugh. He treated me with courtesy and compassion, like a full partner in my care, not just a walking wallet with bones, tendons and ligaments.
Dr. Ichbal was most helpful to me in my neck pain. He was patient, understanding and on point. the office staff was not the best, and the wait time atrocious ... for a 9 am appointment I was in the waiting room almost an hour, then the exam room, another 1/2 hour .. but as far as skill went - he was amazing !
Dr. Iqbal talked over me and did not allow me to discuss my pain/symptoms because he must know exactly what I am feeling since he has the medical degree. Condescending, arrogant and outright rude.
Dr Iqbal and his team are wonderful! I have spinal stenosis and Dr. Iqbal knew exactly which injections would help me. Thank you a zillion times for making my pain go away. I’ve been his patient for several years and wouldn’t dream of going elsewhere. And…… I fly from Floria to see him!!!!
Fabulous surgeon! I highly recommend his skills and follow-up treatment. It's been quite a year with my hamstrings cut to create an ACL and Dr. Daz was amazing. Everything we discussed came to fruition, and I am so pleased with his doctor-patient relationship and the comprehensive office detail with everyone involved with my care.
After more than two decades of taking my children to the Bone and Joint Center for congenital orthopedic issues and seeing Dr. Hospidar for my knee, I tried to make a follow up appointment (Dr. Hospidar retired). I spent 15 minutes on hold, spoke to a representative who could not “make her system work” who then put me on hold for 15 more minutes. Then she came back and told me that she just need 1 more minute to”make her system work”. After 35 minutes on hold, I hung up. I called back to let the practice know what was happen... read more
