No excessive waiting in waiting room. Dr. Patel was very thorough, referring me to have several procedures done. He was kind and personable. I hadn't been to a doctor in years so I have things to do!
I would leave this place zero stars if I could! The staff is lazy, rude, and very inconsiderate. This office should just be shut down. No one here wants to work anyway! I called to make an appointment because I was feeling sick, and instead of giving me an appointment, they just sent a prescription without even seeing me or receiving any type of exam. Today, I called to make an appointment, and I'm being told not to page the doctor if it isn't an emergency, was told to find a new provider if I wasn't happy with the services!... read more
