I love UH and the staff but am very concerned about the fact that dr’s are being stretched so thin having to cover hospital duties AND office visits on the same days!
I waited to be seen in exam room for 1 hour. I opened the door and one of the staff members saw me. I asked why the wait was so long and she said she didn't know I was in the room. I re-entered the room and was seen by the Doctor within 5 minutes.
Dr. Gupta is absolutely amazing
