Have been seeing Dr V for about 8 months now. Dr Vekaria is okay. Staff is nice. Hard to get ahold of some of their other departments. Had to call and call and call to see about the status of meds after my work changed insurance. Finally got it squared away, mostly, but I am still unsure as to what is actually happening. I wish these guys had an online portal or some better way to see what is going on and to be able to have staff track the different interactions to better coordinate all their departments.
As a new patient to cleaver dermatology I was very impressed and satisfied. Dr A Vekaria and other medical assistants performed a through examination then explained what I needed. I agreed to treatment and was very pleased with results. During my entire appointment Dr Vekaria and other assistants were knowledgeable professional and friendly. I have already scheduled an appointment with Cleaver dermatology for next year
She was very professional and helpful. Always works with me.
