I found Dr. Casey to have incredible bedside manner as well as competent as a physician. She explained what she was thinking and her thought process. It was a bit of a process to see Dr. Casey (referral required, even with a PPO), but worth the extra steps.
The Doctor really doesn't care about a patient. The manager is very rude and she's a flunky. The manager is very bias. Jessica is rude and very unprofessional. This office can kick rocks for all I care. I'm still going to still prosper health wise somewhere else. These devils will ' not bring me down. Get a new manager preferably someone with some sense. Get rid of Jessica because she is rude and she doesn't know how to speak to people.
