Had Colonoscopy at BMC Brockton. Everybody was so nice and professional . Dr. Basil was excellent.....highly recommended
I honesty feel people shouldn't ONLY go by reviews. Just think about it... More people write a review when they have a complaint, vs taking the time to write a positive review. I was asked twice recently about who I'd chosen when I had to pick a new gastroenterologist. It was time for me to write one in this case. Dr. Basil, is kind, thorough, and takes the time to listen and respond to your concerns. Five stars for sure!
Awful … the worst! its been 10 days since my Fathers appointment and she hasn’t even dictated the notes from the appointment which we need for Brigham & Womens! I have been calling for 3 days straight - do not waste your time here!
Went to see her recently (April 2023) and no idea why the bad reviews, very pleasant and professional.
