Horrible. I could never get ahold of an office member, except for 1 time and waited on the phone for over 10 minutes. This happened every time after, not just once but well over 5 times, I would be on the phone for 7+ minutes and still nothing. Doctor Perinchery was recommended to me by a physician only because they are both affiliated with Christie Clinic and I am not a fan of the office. I would recommend to take your health somewhere else.
