I am 24 years old with a diagnosed herniated disc and a surgery already scheduled for early October. Despite this, she told me my pain was just something that “comes with age” and then weight-shamed me, insisting I just needed to exercise. I had my annual with Ob/Gyn Dr. Tamara Helfer. She charged me a co-pay of my annual. My point is that an annual can't discuss "problems?" That seems to be the whole point of an annual visit. I was not notified that certain topics were off limits for the annual. Therefore the extra charges seem unwarranted. In addition to that, Dr. Tamara helfer is threatened me to add the second charge.

The nephrologists working at Christie Clinic in Champaign does not provide adequate patient services as related to Dialysis. As my quality of life deteriorates simple follow-up and response is unacceptable.
