Called to check what they had available for my anniversary but the lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE, i asked if she speaks spanish because i know the names of the flowers in spanish and she would just say “How may I help you” …. She repeated the same 3 times. I can’t believe people ask to support local business yet local business can’t provide with at least average customer service!!! NEVER BUY FLOWERS FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Change of Seasons - called to support a local florist, needing an arrangement for a church service, yet I was told my desired flower choice was shy of its in-season availability, yet it was pleasing that in these tectonic pressing times, there are just a few places where customer service is still practiced. The arrangement delivered was surprisingly what I had hoped to receive. Very appreciative of their efforts and gratefully recommend Anita's Flowers.
