I GIVE THIS COMPANY 0 STARS. USED THEM BACK IN JULY TO CLEAN MY CARPET BECAUSE I HAVE A PET. ONLY TOOK THEM 30 TO 40 MINS WHICH WAS TOO QUICK. ALL HE DID WAS WET MY CARPET AND THE SPOTS I HAD WAS NOT UP AND I KNOW THESE SPOTS FOR SURE CAN COME UP CAUSE OTHER COMPAINES CAN DO IT.
