Very professional colonoscopy experience. In out in 1.5h. Dr explained everything and had great bedside manner.
This is most precessional Dr you could have . She solves any problems you have.
Dr Spiess seems to be a good doctor. Recently, I have had to reschedule every appointment due to her not being available. I had an appointment in September, they changed me to October, then January and today February. This is a recheck from a May issue. What if someone really had a serious issue? I brought it up with the scheduler and they didn’t care at all. I only have so many days I can take off. Very frustrating!
I called to make an appt for 2 people I was going to bring together. The scheduler wanted specifics of why they were coming in. I have power of attorney and they have it on file. I told the scheduler why they were coming in for follow up care. He just wanted more health history. They have been there before so a record and diagnosis is already established.
