Their billing drives me CRAZY!! I'M one to pay my co-pay the day of the visit, last time I went there i specifically asked them if i was going to get a bill later, ill rather just pay extra so i wouldn't deal with it...sure enough i get a bill in the mail and extra $2 "late fee" so annoying
