Nita is seriously the best of the best!! Just closed on my first home and am so happy that I used her. She was so patient with me (I’m a first time home buyer) and she really went to bat for me and negotiated a good price. Anita is an amazing realtor. I contacted her randomly when I was moving from California and needed a lease. She spent many hours finding out what I wanted. I visited for a weekend and she showed me over 10 properties when compensation for leases are minuscule . She loves what she does and is very dedicated , professional and nice.
