I've been going to that salon since 2024. And honestly, the last time I went was a few days ago. It was for a manicure and pedicure. I asked them to trim the sides of my toenail. It's NOT an ingrown toenail. If it were, I would pay a professional. It wasn't until I asked twice that they did it. It was something simple. And it only took two seconds to cut my cuticles. This was my first and last visit to this salon. The nail technician, BESTY, spent no more than five minutes on my pedicure and did a very poor job. The entire appointment felt rushed and focused on upselling, with almost everything being an “extra.” I was charged an additional $5 to remove gel polish, yet the gel was only partially removed. I had such a wonderful experience at Anita’s Nails and Spa! Kay did my nails, and she was absolutely amazing, so kind, patient, and professional. She really took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and the results were beautiful. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Kay to anyone looking for great service and gorgeous nails!
