I have been seeing another Dr for a year with no clear answers. Dr. Naik looked at my imaging from other Dr orders and gave me a clear, comprehensive explanation of what is going on. She also explained why I’m taking some prescriptions. It’s the first time it’s all been clearly explained to me. I came away feeling more positive and more educated.
My mother is a patient of Dr. Naik and she has told me that she has always struggled to get any call back from anyone at that office. Recently she called with serious side effects from her prescribed inhaler including chest pains and a week later she has yet to receive a call. We have since been to the hospital and stopped that medication. My mom has also been trying to get her CPAP settings changed and again, no communication from the office. Upon arrival, it was unclear where to check in. Was not seen by the Doctor until 45 minutes after my appointment. Med. Tech had never heard of the largest DME supplier in the USA. They were unable to read the Data card from my CPAP machine. No follow up appointment was scheduled and no mention of calling to check up on my sleep problem. The DME supplier the Doc set me up with, did not call me until 2-1/2 weeks after my appointment and could not help me. So my sleep problem remains completely unresolved.
