She is so personable and takes her time to explain what her method of treatment will be for my elderly father.
Dr. Mathew is a great rheumatologist. She’s very knowledgeable, listens to her patients, and involves the patient with treatment plan.
I waited two years to write a review because I wanted to have enough to say, I've been with rheumatology for my entire life and Dr.Mathew is by far the best one I've seen in dallas. They are a busy office & rheumatology is one of the harder doctors to get into but that is not at the fault of the doctor she can only see so many people. I saw that Dr. Mathew had some nice reviews; however, that was not my experience with the Dallas Rheumatology office and staff. I got a referral from my PCP and tried to make a new patient appointment. I literally left 6 messages to make an appointment and never received a call back. I was only successful to get a "human" on the phone one time again leaving my name and number for a call back. I've never received one. The referral persons name is Ana. She listens, and when RA, it's very hard to find the cure. We all are different, and she listens to which is the best medication.
