Agree with the other review about the $490. They did the same with me and I have insurance and paid a $100 deductible on site. They just charged my card for another $446, and said insurance only covered $120. So basically they got almost $700 out of me for a general cleaning. Will be disputing the charge with my bank and will not go back. Do not recommend this dental office. Bait and switch.
Highly recommend Dr. Paulus if you live in DFW. She is kind, skilled and has taken great care of me as a patient. 10 stars!
The dentist and work was fine, but there were issues with what was covered that they did not disclose to me at my time of service. My insurance covers full X-rays every 5 years and they didn’t tell me this when looking at my insurance and they could’ve just got my dental records instead of doing the anyways when it wasn’t necessary knowing I would be responsible for the full charge. I wanted to leave some feedback, and this is not about the care itself, as I haven’t yet had the opportunity to be a patient. It’s more about my experience as a new customer trying to get information. I called to ask questions about services I might need and spoke with Haylee, who said she would call me back with more details and also offered to schedule an appointment, which I agreed to.
