The dentist and work was fine, but there were issues with what was covered that they did not disclose to me at my time of service. My insurance covers full X-rays every 5 years and they didn’t tell me this when looking at my insurance and they could’ve just got my dental records instead of doing the anyways when it wasn’t necessary knowing I would be responsible for the full charge. I wanted to leave some feedback, and this is not about the care itself, as I haven’t yet had the opportunity to be a patient. It’s more about my experience as a new customer trying to get information. I called to ask questions about services I might need and spoke with Haylee, who said she would call me back with more details and also offered to schedule an appointment, which I agreed to. Great dentist office! Very helpful and convenient location in Ft Worth
I had a great dental visit today and just had to share how wonderful the experience was. The assistant, Yohani, was amazing! She was very welcoming, gentle, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Her professionalism and warm personality truly made my visit a positive one. I definitely recommend this office!
