Dr. Arnold was so caring and provided information in an easy to understand manner.
I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of calling the office. Never has that happened to me! The office staff is friendly, helpful and very professional. Dr. Arnold is super easy to talk with and always had a comfortable answer to questions. I arrived 30 minutes prior to my appt. as requested and saw the Dr. within 15 minutes upon arriving. Again, a first for me!

He's a very good doctor she tried to understand what goes on with your heart. Waited 1 1/2 hours in waiting room. No explanation from staff why the long wait. Waited another 20 minutes in exam room for doctor to come in, No apology. Would not listen to my description of symptoms, very condescending. rude and unprofessional. Have never been treated like that by any doctor in my 60 plus year life. Very disappointed. A friend of mine had the same experience.
