Beware of renting with them… rental house has roaches and infested. They will not care about your health or wellbeing. My experience with them has been a nightmare and they will overcharge you. Beware of working with Anita and Kristin
Will never again work with these people. Rented a roach infested house to me and house is extremely dirty on arrival. 4-5 days into the house there were many roaches found. Pictures to prove. They requested I provide my own pest control per lease. The realtor and owner refused to own up to the roach infestation and gas lighted me. Trying to make me and my family remain in this infestation. Stay clear of Anita, ells Rd, and Kristin.
Anita has been my realtor twice now! She goes above and beyond for her clients. How she juggles so much is beyond me. She searched and took me to look at 20 houses at least until I found one that was for me! I bombarded her with questions constantly. Anita took everything in stride and with grace.
