I had an excellent experience with Dr. Gupta. Due to my myopia combined with astigmatism, which is difficult to measure, I struggled to find a truly experienced optician, but he truly did an outstanding job with my lenses and vision measurement, and what impressed me most was his kindness. Highly recommended!
I waited several months to see her for a debilitating eye condition. When I finally did, her office ran all these tests and then dilated my eyes for an exam. Dr. Gupta did not examine my eyes nor tell me the results of any of the tests they ran, one of which I need yearly for a brainstem condition and hadn’t gotten in years since my neuro opthalmologist went off my insurance. We absolutely love Dr. Anita Gupta. She did my mother’s eye surgery and I couldn’t recommend anyone higher!!! So sweet, kind, and 100% makes you feel secure and in the best hands possible!!! Thank you Dr. Gupta!!!
I waited nearly three weeks for an appointment for a growing mass in left eye with increasing blurry vision for it to be cancelled TWO DAYS prior to the appointment on premise of not accepting my insurance despite the provider being listed as in network. Classic discriminatory practice.
