I have purchased dozens of their embroidery designs. They are the best designed files out there! I Aldi gave taken their in-person and online classes. Stephen does a fantastic job of explaining everything from start to finish. I love the books you get with collections so you can pick the project you want to stitch out. No respect for customers. If you don’t say only positive things, you are mocked live for “hate” comments. They only want to hear positive feedback, nothing negative.
Beautiful designs, but customer service is extremely dismissive and rude. If you have an issue, they basically tell you to shop elsewhere. Such a shame.
