Lovely embroidery designs that stitch out beautifully. I highly recommend!
No respect for customers. If you don’t say only positive things, you are mocked live for “hate” comments. They only want to hear positive feedback, nothing negative.
Beautiful designs, but customer service is extremely dismissive and rude. If you have an issue, they basically tell you to shop elsewhere. Such a shame.
So wonderful to see the process behind the designs. Stephano was full of tips and tricks. Rebecca was full of information and so kind.
