Virginia dermatology in Norfolk was terrific however Annarundel affiliates call center was awful. I was on call for 30minutes. Then I request a particular practitioner and was told to wait for another 15 minutes for her to come back and say it was all arranged. When I got to the office it had not been arranged. The actual office was very. Understanding and accommodating and should get 5 stars especially Tiwana L.
Beware of Anne Arundel Dermatology if you intend to pay your bill by any approved credit card. When you sign on to their site to enter the information, they switch you over to a "payment center" which puts a 5-6% service charge on you bill and which you will only find out about when your credit card statement arrives. It is nothing more than a clever way for Anne Arundel and their partner, DOXO to cleverly gain more revenue at your expense.
Service was terrific but a billing question arose. Impossible to have someone pick up the phone or return a call. The Doctors are great and all went well until I had to pay the bill. They should be ashamed of themselves
Have been seeing Dr Gwynn for several years and am very impressed with her skill and talent. She is very competent diagnostician and has been quick in examining potential skin cancers. Empathetic and communicative and highly professional. I definitely recommend her to anyone needing a competent dermatologist.
