Spent maybe 2-3 minutes with me. Didn’t do an exam at all. Told me I was all set. I asked if she would check my thyroid and she said “It wouldn’t matter and didn’t need to.” Does not seem to care and comes off rude. Do not recommend.
On behalf of my spouse who is the patient. Does not appear to care. Seemed annoyed by our questions. Gave false expectations about how treatment would help. Not open to dosing at a different time of day. Will be looking for a provider who is more compassionate and dedicated to improving quality of life. Patient education about the condition was very general. I found much better information about managing his condition on reputable websites such as Mayo Clinic.
Dr. Eapen and her staff have all been very nice and helpful. I would recommend.
