She's a Liar – I went to Dr Dormer to remove some age spots on my face. She suggested a chemical peal and then a 28 day regimen of her products. I ask her how much it would cost. She said $1000. Being a conscientious consumer I asked "What does that include"? Dr Dormer said "That includes EVERYTHING". (verbatum) After I got home I noticed I was given only enough moisturizer to last only one week. They said when I run out I can "purchase additional moisturizer for $52"! Consistently amazed by the customer service, friendliness, a – I have been going to Dormer for a couple of years now and am consistently amazed by the customer service, friendliness, and wonderful care I receive while there! My first visit was a massage which was spectacular and is spectacular every time I get another one. I've also seen most of the staff by now. I am so happy I found this place when I did, it has helped me look and feel amazing for quite some time now!!

The best treatment, the most professional. The entire staff treats every client like your "the" client. The experience and knowledge of each employee is top notch and combined make this the most professional, knowledgeable staff. I have been to this place several times. They use a real Dr. for any procedure, which is a must, and it is very nice and clean. All these things are a must have any time you are going to a spa. They offer a huge variety of services. I do recommend it.

Love this place – I love this place. I am appreciative of the staff and Dr. Dormer for their care and concern regarding my questions and concerns. I've taken to treating myself with monthly facials and of course the mani-pedi that I can never get enough of. Fair prices and service with a smile. Can't ask for more than that!
