I first saw her two years ago as a new patient. She was wonderful. Friendly and giving me good advice and information. Very helpful. My second visit with her a year ago was different. She was in a hurry, not friendly, spoke only when necessary. I thought she was having a bad day, as she was so much the opposite of my earlier visit. She was rushed, tryed to avoid talking and eye-contact, completed an annual well-woman exam with both vaginal and breast exams in probably under 5 minutes. This practice has a very strong opinion of what can and cannot be discussed during annual exams (even though they are paid by insurers to provide this type of care), and as a result the doctors are just the worst, and the annual exams are pointless. I have been her patient for more than 10 years and she is the best Doctor at least for me.
Dr. Del Bianco lacks the main criteria of a doctor. I've had heavy bleeding for 2 months now. I had to wait a month for an appointment. I don't have insurance, I'm self-pay, and I can't afford any extra testing. I was simply coming in for a consultation. I show up at her office today early--it was over a 1 hour drive--so that I have time to fill out paperwork, and she told me I need to have a credit card in order to be seen. The stars are really reflected on how this office operates. Doctor was pleasant.First of all they make you put a credit card on file - I have never had any doctor do that. I scheduled for my annual exam 3 months prior … after over 1.5 hour wait when I finally saw the doctor I found out I was not put on the schedule for my annual. It’s not a personal experience they are like herding sheep. They bring people back in groups then you are left in another very small waiting area. I do not recommend this practice.
I have always felt like just a number here. She seems disinterested and very short. Always felt rushed. I feel like she does not care about me as a patient and that she does not listen to my concerns. She also did not review my chart before my appointment, and it was very obvious. Last visit I asked her about a diagnosis, and she said there was no possibility that I had that condition. This appointment, she said that I had it.
