My granddaughter is a patient of Anita Chandra. She had an X-ray taken on Monday and today is Wednesday evening and we still do not have a result of the X-ray. My daughter called the office and was told she will have a call back. It’s 9:17pm and no call My husband and I both physicians and I’m truly perplexed why Dr. Chandra did not see the radiologist report and has not been in contact with my daughter.
Great care and thoughtful practice
This review is long overdue; I continued to hope for change from the office and physician(s), but have come to a point where I can no longer attribute my experiences to circumstances. This morning I was phoned about the doctor needing to cancel my son's well-visit for the 3rd time - this after arranging for my daughter to see a Nurse Practitioner for a foot injury around the same time at the same office, and after rearranging school for my daughter, my son's morning activity and my work schedule - again, for the 3rd time!
