RecommendedAlways a nice area for a hike.
We loved our time at Anita Estuary. We attended Critter Dinner Time. The programs that they have just recently started back up! Free programs! They require a reservation before because of Covid. You can also call and schedule a tour of the inside and see some of their other critters. We will be back for sure.
The nature tots class is literally the best money I’ve ever spent! Kat is an amazing instructor. The crafts are adorable and the tots have a blast!!
Toddler approved! My almost 2 year old loved the turtles inside and enjoyed the Discovery Trail immensely!
We just got back from the Halloween Hike and they really did an amazing job. Absolutely worth the price of admission. They really go all out with all the stations along the trail. I was pleasantly surprised with just how many different stops there were along the way, with animals to see or just skits to watch about nature and conservation. Overall I was very impressed. My son really enjoyed himself and we were both very glad we came.

Wonderful place to take kids , they love it !
What an amazing place to take the kids for a fun day of adventure! The discovery room is amazing and my boys loved all the animals and the animal puppets in there. We practiced making campfires and then on a nice hour hike and checked out all the sensory activities along the way! ❤️
The staff is always so friendly and we love looking at the critters inside and around the building. They have recently done some updates and they are all amazing. A new parking lot, rain garden and they’ve added a Little Free Library. The trails are also very nice to work! I will always recommend the Anita C. Leight Estuary Center.
