Anita represented a friend I was assisting with the sale of her condo and got excellent results in short order. Anita was helpful in advising how to prep the condo, how to price it, and worked through a number of issues with the condo association. She marketed the condo very effectively and kept us informed about showings, etc. My friend and I were very pleased with the results. Anita is calm and gracious, both admirable and useful qualities in a realtor!

Anita helped us to sell our first home and buy our second. She tirelessly showed us homes until we found the right one for us and helped us through every part of the sometimes seemingly overwhelming process. With Anita's wisdom and guidance, we were able to smoothly get through the selling and buying process and are now happily settled in our new home. Highly recommend working with Anita!!
I had the pleasure of working with Anita to purchase a home in Burnsville, MN. She was very professional, responsive, and so easy to work with. Her expertise when looking at homes with us (pointing out things that she noticed, both good and bad) was extremely helpful. She was also very patient with us--we were looking for a home during a seller's market, and she helped us make many offers and provided guidance until an offer got accepted. We can't recommend her enough!
Five stars aren't enough.. I would say at least TEN stars.. Anita Hill is such a kind, understanding and extremely competent and knowledgeable realtor. I am so lucky that a friend recommended her to sell my house that I had lived in for 45 years.
