My short experience with Anita was nothing but devalidating and completely unprofessional. She was always late and showed no interest in developing a therapeutic relationship. I had to remind her every session why I was there to see her, and she completely and continually devalidated my struggle with said condition stating ‘it can’t be that bad because.....’. Anita is a caring psychologist. I was feeling quite depressed and anxious due to personal issues and COVID-19. Luckily I was able to work through my issues with her and feel able to move forward. I will keep in touch and now know who to turn to for help when needed.
