Worst place for health care. Don’t recommend at all. Shame.
I would not take my dog here!!! The nurse practitioners get insulted when you tell them the symptoms of your child and call you, Dr. Google! We asked for a referral to a specialist and they had to include a bunch of extra information that caused the specialist to deny our referral. This is caused a great amount of stress in my whole family! We will be filing complaints with the college of nurses and College of physicians. And we have been forced to travel to southern Ontario to obtain the help my daughter needs.
Been trying to reach reception , currently on hold for 33 minutes and counting......
