He is a personable doctor who is easy to talk to and willing to answer questions with understandable language. But I am unconvinced of his abilities. He did not take the proper time to fully examine my eyes, which resulted in inaccurate prescriptions for both eyes—something very obvious to me as soon as I put on my new glasses. I don't believe he examined one of my eyes at all, going off of the prescription that a medical assistant had determined. I am not sure I would recommend this location.
You cannot find a more professional, caring, gentle and most knowledgeable Doctor in the Northeast. If you are looking for a doctor you need to see the best and that's not a pun that is fact and Doctor Hertz is the BEST.
I was very happy with the service I received from Dr Hellman at Cohens Optical. He was patient and took a lot of his time to answer all of my questions. He did great job fitting me for my new contacts and finding the ones that would work best for me. I would definitely recommend him to others!
LASIK surgery - went perfectly. Great office, pleasant experience, excellent results.
