Disappointed and disgusted at the lack of care the front office staff has for their patients. It is rare for someone to even answer the phone. They refuse to make an appointment if you owe them money, even though no one has communicated any debt. Then you still have to wait after payment is made until they receive an email stating you paid. I have been a patient of NLP for 20+ years. I have used all 3 physicians & they are all of the best! I have used Dr Gopalani the most & she is best care provider ever in my 63 years!! I have had a LOT of health issues over that time and she has ALWAYS taken those under consideration!! I would definitely recommend any of the physicians there! Also, I NEVER think twice about seeing Dr Gopalani's PA, Marissa Brumley if Dr Gopalani is unavailable! The staff there is always fantastic, as many of them have become like family to me... read more
Have been seeing Dr Gopalani for two years and have always found her extremely caring and clinically superb! Great pain relief with injections and radio frequency ablation!
I have had back pain for 10 plus years. I was on Norco for 6 years and recently on Tramadol. I went to Dr Gopalani because she was highly recommended by a friend. What a mistake. She gave me one 14 day supply of pain meds and when I was still in pain she tells me she is not refilling my meds. Tells me she usually deals with older people and young people can heal naturally. We apologize for your negative experience. Our physicians are trained and specialize in treating pain using the latest advancements which doesn't always result in giving patients a prescription. During this time in which the opioid crisis is at an all-time high, our physicians prefer to treat pain using other techniques before administering medications. Dr. Gopalani is the best. She doesn't try to rush you and listens intently to your concerns. Her care and concern for your pain issues are genuine. My husband and I have been going to her for pain relief. My husband is a new man. He has energy, smiles a lot more and overall good quality of life again. Dr. Gopalani doesn't put a band-aid on pain, she addresses treatment options and works with you to provide the perfect plan of care. I am so thankful for her.
Dr. Gopalani was Heaven Sent! I've been suffering with Lupus as well as the many things that come with it, including some bad discs, arthritis, stenosis in my lower back for over 15 years. She was recommended to me by my Rheumatologist and I'm so glad she was! She works so hard in finding ways to help me live a better, less pain filled life with all the issues I have going on in my body! She truly cares, takes time to listen, and is so kind! Saw Dr. Gopalani for a spinal injection. Treated like a steer at a slaughter house. Sat in waiting room forever, then rushed to procedure room in street clothes, IV started, laid me face down on procedure table, pulled up my shirt, washed my back, knocked me out, did the procedure, put me in a wheelchair and wheeled me to my wife's car. Still out, tried to get out of moving car to vomit. Wife drove back to clinic and someone came out, stuck a pill in my mouth. Not enough space to describe ordeal
