District Endocrine has an excellent, knowledgeable and proficient staff. They listen carefully and respect patient time and concerns. I have recommended Dr Rehman to several of my friends.
I am so very disappointed and dejected. I explained that I was not happy with medication I was currently taking. I have been on med for over 4 years. I want to try something else. He accused me of reading google, and the pain I am feeling is not result of this med. And the med I suggested was the same thing. I have never been spoken to in that manner. I would not recommend Dr Anis Rehman if you are looking for a compassionate approach to balancing your hormones. I provided that I was looking for testing for my thyroid after having some thyroid issues and gaining weight and he only focused on the weight. His recommendation was to stop working out at eat only 1,000 calories a day. As an overall healthy person who is working with a registered dietician, I pushed back and his only response was I know the RD will disagree with me, but you just need to deal.
