I was a new patient and the office staff was not very warm or friendly. As a business, they are the first introduction to the office and set the tone. The doctor did run on time and seemed personable but a few minutes into the visit, he seemed rushed and distracted. He asked me 3 separate times when I became diabetic to which I responded that I am not. When going over my history he made a comment that I was too young to have this many problems.
