Amazing customer service! I live in Illinois and ordered flowers on their website to send to my grandma who lives in Santa Maria. The shop made contact with me soon after to confirm when I would like delivery, and an absolutely gorgeous floral arrangement was delivered today with confirmation. I couldn’t be happier with this shop and highly recommend!!
I bought the flowers online, and within 30 minutes I was sent a text asking when I wanted the flowers delivered. I was sent a video via text, when the flowers were ready, and when they were delivered. I am very pleased with the owner's responsiveness and putting together such a beautiful arrangement.
Alberto was very helpful in helping me choose just the right floral arrangement. He took several photos of the ones available and sent them to me. That are beautiful and wellnpriced.
