A great experience! Our party of 7 enjoyed great food, great wine, and great fellowship. We sat in the "patio" which was very comfortable, moderately loud but easy to talk to each other at the table. Service: was excellent. Food: Our ranking of salads (best first): Salade de Bibb was outstanding, followed by Salade de Roquette, followed by Salade de Maison. Get the charcuterie WITH fromage. Shame on me. I've been a patron for a decade and never authored a review. Anis Cafe is a neighborhood classic that delivers each and every time. The food is consistently good, the vibe is relaxed and lively, and the service is always friendly. What really sets Anis apart is its unique charm and charisma. It feels authentic, comfortable, and completely its own, which is exactly why it remains such a neighborhood favorite. Get the sausages or the mussels. You really can’t go wrong.

The trout was tender and flavorful. The artichokes were 😮‍💨🤌🏻. The vibe was absolutely lovely. Definetly recommend sitting outside. Indulge yourself with the dessert tasting. Good place to come with a group of friends.
