Horrible doctor’s office. Booked annual well visit /physical for my 2 kids. Got there in time for my appointment and was told the appointments were cancelled because there was no insurance in file. Bear in mind, I’ve been self paying for my kids medical bills from the same doctors office and was there last week due to my son having a broken thumb and I self-paid. This office used to be good. I started going here when I had my first born in 2020, back then the practice was relatively small so Dr Malik was very attentive and patience with her patients. Now the practice grows and we notice the service they’re providing is so minimal and sometimes feel like being rushed off every time we go. So I called to find out if they accept self pay patient, I was told by the receptionist yes!! I was put on hold for the longest while. Then she came back on the phone to say she spoke with her staff and they wants to only see persons who is actually a patient there in other words if u not gonna stay with them they won’t see you!! Now we can always have a job but you miss certainly won’t keep it!!! That the most inhumane thing I was ever told!!! My daughter has been under care of Dr. Malik from around 1 and half years and now I have chosen her for my second daughter as well. I love the way she takes care of her patients the clinic environment awesome.
