Been going to this provider for 5 years and have never experienced this recent level of poor customer service from the top down - the doctor, the nurses and even the admin staff that answer the phone. The first few years were nothing like it is now. I’m not sure where they went wrong but there has been a lot of staff changes and the doctor does not seem to truly care. Horrible doctor’s office. Booked annual well visit /physical for my 2 kids. Got there in time for my appointment and was told the appointments were cancelled because there was no insurance in file. Bear in mind, I’ve been self paying for my kids medical bills from the same doctors office and was there last week due to my son having a broken thumb and I self-paid. This office used to be good. I started going here when I had my first born in 2020, back then the practice was relatively small so Dr Malik was very attentive and patience with her patients. Now the practice grows and we notice the service they’re providing is so minimal and sometimes feel like being rushed off every time we go.
