The front desk staff is very nice, but I have to be honest and say that my cat was not getting proper treatment. After not receiving my dental estimate for a while I decided to take him to another place to compare prices. Je suis très déçue de cette consultation de 128$. J’ai consulté cette clinique parce que mon chat âgé semble avoir des douleurs importantes lorsqu’il saute d’un endroit en hauteur, et je voulais justement faire examiner ses articulations afin de comprendre la cause de ses douleurs. Malheureusement, j’ai trouvé que l’examen était extrêmement superficiel. Predatory billing practices! This clinic attempted to charge me for an unauthorized service that was never performed. When I questioned the invoice, the staff refused to correct it. I had to insistently and assertively demand a refund as they tried numerous times to fabricate ridiculous lies as to why they charged me for something that was never done.
