I waited to have at least three appts in the books prior to review. It has been a great experience with my provider (Erin Ross) she is attentive, she listens to understand. She always provides OPTIONS to treatment and care planning. She asks for insight and thoughts on moving forward with changing/altering treatment plans. Made an appointment to be prescribed ADHD medication and manage my care. This practice let me keep my appointment, fill out paperwork, and take time off from work just to be told in the first 5 min of my appointment that they could not prescribe stimulants due to DEA law changes. Look I’ve had this disability since I was a kid, I’m aware of the laws. I would highly recommend Animo Sano Psychiatry. I would jot this one down in your contacts. I think that Mackenzie Kirchner Is wonderful! She is smart, genuine & not “robotic”... like a few of the other doctors I have seen over the years. She really seems to understand ADHD. I imagine she would be great in a lot of other areas too. I wanted to go ahead & leave this review before it slips my mind! ❤️
First meeting today! My coworker recommended them. I was weary to meet with anyone but I needed to also! Very comfortable! I’d say definitely give them a try! Update! Few visits in… as some who was resistant… it has been helpful!
I have followed the best psychiatrist I have ever had to this practice and I have been pleased with the level of correspondence I have received. I was sent reminder calls and text to make sure that I had Submitted all insurance information and completed the survey About my well-being before my appointment. The office staff have been lovely inconsistent! And I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to have my needs met virtually! I am team Whitney Kost, But I am sure that all of the other providers here are just as amazing!
