Animas Valley Leasing are very selfish, lazy and greedy people. Listen to the ratings and save yourself from making the mistake a lot of us have made. The living conditions are so horrible you could not possibly imagine and they raise the rent every single year and their reason for doing so is that “they just believe it’s fair” and we are all completely helpless to it.
