This is more of a 0 star review. My husband had a procedure scheduled since October, Dr. Forest called 3 days before the procedure on a Sunday to tell us he couldn't pull up our insurance on his portal. My husband went to his office twice and gave him our insurance again and Dr. Forest was too busy to even help him. I tried stopping by only to have the office closed on a Tuesday at 10. Even if you have excellent insurance, they give you a run around about making an appointment. Then you arrive for the appointment and they don’t take the forms of payment you have. Waited weeks only to have the appointment cancelled because they don’t take American Express. It’s all met with I’m soooo sorrreeeee!!
Dr Mark Forest was the first Dr to run a PSA on my husband after complaining for years to his former internist, regarding his prostate. Dr. Forest immediately ordered a blood test for his PSA , it returned positive for cancer. After a TURP and removal of a kidney stone , and follow up with Oncologist Dr Burk my husband is on the road to recovery. His Care and Attention were impeccable. Thank you Dr Forest
