I was blown away with how amazing staff were with my Shiba. While she did well with vets as a puppy and has been taught cooperative care, she had one bad vaccine visit and it's been hard to get her vaccines since then. But this went so smoothly. They actually scheduled a visit for her so we didn't have to have her anxiety ramp up while we waited and they did the vaccines immediately upon payment right in the lobby so she didn't feel boxed in.
