I placed an order for some dog food without really looking and accidentally overpaid for shipping. I emailed asking to cancel the order and got a quick response from Matt explaining there was just an error in the ordering process and i shouldnt have been charged that much and he tanked me for alerting him. He asked if i wanted to cancel or pay the corrected shipping costs and of course with quick helpful customer service I chose to keep my order. Thanks a ton Matt for your quick help! #MATTROCKS.
