I am reporting extreme disappointment in your services with our dog that recently was in your care for an MRI scan. 1. Incomplete Job The medical order yesterday was for Animal Scan to conduct an MRI and spinal tap--two procedures. Both procedures were on the invoice that we pre-paid for days in advance. Both procedures were part of the scheduling of the appointment, which was booked days in advance.
