I have known Dr. Tim, Dr. Carter, and staff more than 30 years and no one, NO ONE, cares more for your animal "family" than they do! They are ALWAYS happy to see you and your precious companions whenever you come in!! I have NEVER heard anyone that knows them say ANYTHING negative about the staff or the way they treat their clients!!! So, take the couple low ratings and negative remarks for what they are... from/by people who do not know, and haven't bothered to get to know, these AWESOME people!!!! We Love Animals R Us the staff are so nice and they actually care about our pets they are not all about just getting the money. We would not take are pets anywhere else...��
Dr. Tim is the best vet we ever had. He has treated our animals for the last 13 years. I trust no one with my pets except for Dr. Tim ! I drive all the way from Nampa to Animals R Us when my pets need to see a vet because he is the best around!
