Dr Otis was here to help ease our dogs pain and let her pass peacefully at our house. For any of us animal lovers you know how difficult it is to say goodbye. In a perfect world that would live forever. With that being said this was as peaceful for our Lexi as possible to go to sleep in her own bed surrounded with the ones who loved her. I can’t thank Dr Otis enough for how amazing and compassionate she was. Highly Recommended and thank you so much!
Today was the first time we were there. The vet and staff were AWESOME!! Wish I knew about them sooner.
They have a great team and I feel confident every time their team helps us through an illness or emergency. And they almost always can squeeze me in for emergencies. I really appreciate that. And when that sad day to say good bye comes too soon, they are the best in the business for helping you through it.
Great care provided here. My dog enjoys the staff and attention she receives from the moment she enters the office. When faced with the difficult time of having to put my cat down due to an illness, the care provided was with the upmost dignity and compassion. Highly recommend to anyone.

Seriously the worlds best vet! When I call they know who I am, they are so patient with my normally afraid 150 lb dog and they are always so helpful and on top of things! I seriously can't say enough good things about them. I drive from Baldwinsville because its the best care around.
Dr. Williams is so kind and caring. She takes time to explain things and is so compassionate with my dog, Macey. The staff is great too! Highly recommend this office!
