Dr. Parks and her staff are the most caring and wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. This is the only place anyone should ever bring there animals to. They believe in what they do and do what they believe ! I tell everyone who will listen about these truly amazing people!!

Dr. Hong POISONED my cat with insulin while he was boarding her. She is brain damaged and blind, we don't even know if she's going to survive. He was so nonchalant about the whole thing and refuses to pay the hospital fees. My young son is devastated. My cat was perfectly healthy before Dr. Hong got his hands on her. Other vets even confirmed that he was the cause of her diabetes to begin with! He overprescribed steroids. He has no idea what he's doing. Do not go here if you love your pets!
In January this year-The vet dr Hong-cut our Indian ringneck birds wings so short, he’s had nothing but problems since- with numerous blood feather incidents and has resulted in traumatizing him - if you need any bird work done- steer a wide path from this ‘clip joint!’
Charlotte is one other vet text that came in to have a facial with me. She referred me to her office. The staff is very kind, knowledgeable and friendly.
Does an amazing job with our different rescue animals - there is nothing Dr. Hong or Dr. Park can't handle! From dying chihuahuas to pigs, they've done an amazing job each time and shown compassion to all of them. Dr. Hong amazes me with how many different types of surgeries he is able to do, way more than most veterinarians in Tampa. Truly the best clinic you can go to.
