This center is incredible!!! Amazing staff and plenty of therapies that have helped my paralyzed dog in her journey of walking again! They are the ONLY swim pool of its kind for animals in all of Orange County. The staff care about your pets as if they were their own! You can’t go wrong taking your pets to AWOC!!
Wonderful work helping Dory learn to walk again following back surgery. Kelly is so kind, gentle and skilled in the water therapy, an amazing transformation giving hope for full recovery.
Today my partner and I brought our dog in for his initial visit. Overall, the facility itself is great, and I want to be clear that the veterinarian and the rest of the staff were wonderful. The doctor was knowledgeable, kind, and handled my dog well. We do plan on using their services and rehabilitation pool going forward. However, I had a very upsetting experience with the front desk staff, which needs to be addressed. ANIMAL LOVERS DONT COME HERE! Here’s why. September 3 at noon was my boys swimming therapy session. 12:09 Lourdes the owner comes into the back area where all the therapy happens and yells at these two girls “DO BOTH OF YOU NEED TO BE WORKING WITH HIM”. They reply “yes, he’s not moving his front or back paws” Lourdes then says,the owner of the cat is here early for her treadmill therapy. This is an overdue review for how Barb and Dr. Tran helped my 16-year old baby stand and walked by himself again. Moka lost the strength in his hind legs and couldn't stand up or walk back in July 2021. He started weekly acupuncture and later laser therapy which helped him walk again in less than 2 months and stood up by himself in 3 months.
