I appreciate the professionalism and knowledge of Dr Cook and her staff. They went above a beyond with the care of my dog.
Dr Conners and staff have been beyond amazing with my Pandy kitty and in helping to figure out what is ailing her while keeping me informed every step of the way!!!
My 16 y.o. Dakota kitty has several health issues but he is doing much better thanks to the care of Dr. Cook and Dr. Bierly. Wonderful and helpful staff!

All three of my bunnies have been in as new patients to see Dr Cook now. Very nice, professional, and great with the bunnies, as were the vet techs. Even the front desk staff were super nice!
Not a great experience overall. Some helpful information, but questions not answered as comprehensively as I would have liked, sub par work flow / processes (I was there for 1 1/2 hours for something that should have taken 30 minutes, and I was the one who had to wait while they were juggling who knows what else), and unsatisfactory follow up. Treatment plan/cost I was quoted and what I was charged was different, had to ask for partial credit.
