Thank you SO much, Dr. Merritt, Jodie and staff. My puppy Bodhi came here. He was a very sick little puppy but you did everything possible for him and even reached out to see how he was and to help. Unfortunately, he was just too sick but today we got the most beautiful book that all of the staff signed and it was so very kind. Chris and I can't tell you how touched we are and grateful for everything you've done. We look forward to bringing all of our animals here in the future. Best vet ever!!!
Doctor Merrit and his staff were very comforting when I recently lost my dog of sixteen years.
Dropped my cat off on surgery day to be examined between surgeries she had not eaten or used litter box in two days very lethargic definitely sick. Called four hours later to check was told they have her some fluids and a partial exam didn't do the blood work I could take her home and bring her back on Friday-two days away. She died a horrific suffering death in the early morning hours so much for fluids and nothing being wrong with her, thanks Doc. If your pet is in distress take it elsewhere.
Really wonderful customer service! Our vet tech and vet were amazing on our first visit today. :-)
There are not enough wonderful things I can say about Dr. Merritt and his staff. My eldest Schnauzer is diabetic and blind. The gentleness they treat him with makes my heart smile. Dr. Merritt's compassion and honesty are just two of his amazing traits. Thank you all giving me the peace of mind to know my babies are in good hands ❤️
