I have a friend that came to Animal Supply today with her dog that is now special needs, she brought him in because he was needing a hair cut to keep him clean... when my friend explained to the groomer named Amy about his special needs all of a sudden she was unable to groom him... I find this very unprofessional on her part.. This baby has a slipped disk in his back and he's not in pain and will be like this the rest of his life, grooming is a must for this little guy.. Billy and his staff are absolutely wonderful folks. Ive been using Animal Supply House for all of my pets needs (3 of the coolest dogs you'll ever meet) for as long as I can remember. The staff is incredibly polite and knowledgeable. Stop by and see them and support a local business.
I stopped by about one week ago was there an hour to early they were not open yet. I had one of my dogs with me and the owner drove up while I was going back to my car, he stopped me and let me shop for my pets and was very very helpful. I thank you and my pets thank you!
Our Shih tzu has been groomed here twice. We were pleased with the services and thought we found a grooming home. I called for his third appointment and was offered two times 11 or 12 I took 11. When Boomer arrived we were told he was late for his 9 o'clock appointment that the employer never even offered us. Being that it was their mistake Boomer should have been serviced anyway but they refused.
